Team Recruitment

My initial goal of recruitment was to have a team of three, including myself. I had two students in mind, one a graduate student another a undergrad student. The graduate student (Chengzhi Hu) had been in 5 of my classes (wow!) and had been asking for while if there was a project they could work on with me. Luckily, ULearn was the opportunity. The other student I only met during the most recent term's class and thought would benefit from participating in a project like ULearn. For the undergrad studnet, I had targeted a smaller and more manageable task. Unfortunately, the undergrad student was moving out of state and was not able to commit. I think working in teams yields the best work and was happy on the very short timeline of notice and duration of the project to attract one of these two good students.
