Problem: What do you do when the cost of the item is low, and you can not make a profit paying for the credit card transaction fee?
- Think buying a digital song or image or?
- Some e-businesses form partnership with Utility company (they give a bill at the end of a month for a bunch of small fees...think phone calls), to lump their charge in with the utility bill and get payed by utility company for smaller fee.
- Some companies like www.millicent.com dont exist anymore
