STEPS:

1. create <div> tag
2. Create CSS style for it

   a. Make positioning absolute

   position: absolute;
   

   b. Drag with mouse the <div> area in
   dreamweaver to position and resize using
   mouse to set location. Example on right
   has following resulting position:

   left: 394px;
   top: 120px;
   width: 163px;
   height: 317px;
