How can you develop iOS on a Windows machine?

....answer is directly you cant

....so you need to either 1) create VM with Mac OS or 2) install a dual boot with Mac OS. Then install XCode on the Mac OS if not already there in latest form.

What I recommend ---is VM (unless you have an ongoing need for both platforms or speed is really critical)

 

Do this with virtualization software like VMWare or open source alternative VirtualBox.

 

HOW TO DO THIS---find your favorite and current website explaining it and try it...here are some I found and DID NOT TRY
